Check your order status
Start with your order confirmation email and tracking information. Tracking may take some time to update after a carrier receives the package.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and processing time. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact support with your order number.
Wrong shipping address
If you entered an incorrect address, submit a support request as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
Delayed, missing, or damaged package
Check carrier tracking and the delivery area first. For a missing or damaged shipment, send your order number, tracking details, and relevant photos so support can investigate.
