To make your skin look healthy you should avoid unhealthy food. Try to avoid high calorie diet and also try to keep yourself away fro caffeine, soda and coffee. They spoil your skin and cause dark spots and pimples on your skin. Regular exercise also helps to make and keep your skin healthy. As regular exercise helps to improve blood circulation. All these can help you develop a good body and maintain a good and beautiful skin.
