You can also practice and attend a weight loss training program for at least 2 to 3 days in a week. This has proved very operational and has worked on almost every one who has lost hope of losing their weight.

Not only this, but you will also have to adopt a healthy diet and good eating habits. Exercise, aerobics and weight loss training program will be of no use if you will not keep the track of what you are eating. If you are serious about losing your weight you will have to work hard for it and keep all the above mentioned things in mind.
