Dark Circles: Gives An Awful Look

Infinite number of people today are facing dark under eye circles and are fed up of them, but the underlying cause of the dark circles varies very vastly. Always wear a sunscreen minimum of SPF 30, as the exposure of the eye skin to the sun makes it frail and more possible give birth to puffiness.

Drink plenty of water, minimum 8-10 per day. As it is very common that deficiency of water intake causes problems in our body such as dehydration and thus lead our skin to become dry.

Eat healthy foods, which are full of vitamins and anti oxidants such as fresh vegetables and fruits. Onions, legumes, cranberries, blackberries, blueberries, tea and parsley contain powerful anti oxidant pigments that guard our skin from free radicals.

Don’t consume excessive dietary salt.
